How to Join

The Artist's Place gives you a wider venue than a local gallery can offer - and opportunity to make your work more available to those seeking art for their homes and offices. form

We offer an affordable way for you as the artist to present your work to the public without having to add the additional commission fees to the price of the work.

What you get

On-line artist's statement - telling about you and your work
Your own home page - with six thumbnail images that all link to a
large image on a separate page
If you want more than six images displayed, you can add additional images for a one time fee of $30.00 per each thumbnail image that will link to a larger image on a separate page
The gallery director will prepare the photos/images of work for the site, insuring that it can be viewed as both thumbnail size and larger size
Your Contact information - A link to your own web site, phone number and email address

How it works… The artist is responsible to provide the following for the Gallery Director: either on a CD, a photograph or by email.
Home Page
Artist's statement
Participants will be required to provide images of their work - 600 wide
A way for the art lover to contact them
A way for the Gallery Director to contact them directly - if different from what is on your home page under thumbnail and on large page
Titles of their work when appropriate
Size and/or dimensions of their work
Description of their work type of medium
Price
Information on whether prints, cards, etc. are available, and if appropriate - limited editions, or signed editions, and on what they are printed
State if commission work is available
Where other work can be viewed galleries
or what?

How you pay ….. form
You are required to notify the gallery director two weeks before your deadline expires if you wish to continue, or change your option.

We offer three payment options: on a quarterly basis - October through December, January through March, April through June, July through September

Three month plan: $20.00 a month for a total of $60.00
Six month plan: $15.00 a month for a total of $90.00
Twelve month plan: $10.00 a month for a total of $120.00
If you miss the start of a quarter (even though you are purchasing for six months or a year) your payment will start at the next quarter, with the remaining months of the prior quarter being pro-rated. For example, if you started in November, you would purchase beginning from January, but could be up in November by paying for the previous month at the rate that you are paying for the option you select. If a year, then the month of November would cost an additional $10, if six months, the month of November would cost you $15, and if for three months, the month of November would cost $20.

Additional Fees
To change out one of the original images - $30.00 - includes both the home page and large image page.
When a work has been sold,- 10.00 - to replace the price to "Sold."
Any changes after site is up $10.00 per page - change of email or any corrections.
